You’ve written your script.
You’ve gotten your vision, your story, and your heart out onto the page.
Congratulations!
Now it’s time to make sure your script translates the way you intended it to.
When you get that shot with an agent, an actor, or the producer of your dreams, what will they be looking for?
How might you increase your chances of getting a green light for your film?
Script Coverage is the Key
Script coverage is the key. It’s the tool used inside production companies and studios for them to decide if your script should move forward in its journey to becoming the film you want it to be. More often than not, screenwriters never get to see the script coverage done on their screenplays. Script coverage is not intended to help a screenwriter strengthen their script; rather, its sole purpose is to determine viability and rank the script with a “pass” or “consider” or “recommend”.
Submitting your screenplay here for script coverage gives you insight into what those readers will be looking for in your screenplay…So you can improve your script and give it its best chance of getting that green light.
